Stand-up comedy show Feral & Fired Up! by Phoebe Robinson at The State Theatre.
Phoebe Robinson brings her stand-up show Feral & Fired Up! to The State Theatre on Friday, October 9. It's presented by Moontower Comedy, an Austin-based outfit, so this one is a local production. Doors open at 6 PM and the show starts at 7 PM.
If you're not already familiar with her, Robinson is a stand-up comedian, best-selling author, producer, actress, and publisher. She co-created and co-stars the podcast and HBO series 2 Dope Queens, and her second stand-up special, I Don't Wanna Work Anymore, premiered on YouTube on October 7, 2025. She's also written three essay collections: You Can't Touch My Hair, Everything's Trash, But It's Okay, and Please Don't Sit on My Bed in Your Outside Clothes. In 2020, she launched her own imprint, Tiny Reparations Books, and she's picked up Variety's Comedy Innovator Award along the way.

Between the stand-up, the books, the podcast, and the publishing, she's been working across a few different formats at once. Feral & Fired Up! is the stand-up side of that. The show is presented by Moontower Comedy, which calls Austin home. Doors open at 6 PM and the show starts at 7 PM on Friday, October 9, at The State Theatre.
