Lakeside Christmas light show with live Nutcracker storytelling, fire-battle and festive sing-alongs, featuring a Broadway-style holiday revue.
Mozart's Festival of Lights returns to Mozart's Coffee Roasters on November 21, 2026, for its 16th year. The waterfront campus on the shores of Lake Austin transforms into a winter wonderland with more than 2 million lights, and the show runs nightly from 6 PM through 9 or 10 PM from November 21 through January 3, 2027, except on Thanksgiving and Christmas Day.
Each night, the lights across the Main Building, the Archway, and six other synchronized areas dance to holiday music, with giant LED screens displaying the lyrics so you can sing along. The music is paired with a Broadway-style live holiday revue hosted by songstress McKenna Michaels, inspired by 'Twas the Night Before Christmas.
Beyond the main show, there's a Christmas Village where you can pick up hot chocolate and treats, and an enchanted forest where St. Nick makes an appearance. If you want to take it a step further, you can upgrade the night with floating igloos and holiday donut boat rides on the lake.
