Outdoor fitness series with certified Zumba instructor Vivian Arreaza, welcoming both seasoned dancers and first-timers.
Morning Zumba is back at the Meredith Heritage Tree Deck on Saturday, September 26, from 9 AM to 10 AM. It's part of an outdoor fitness series that runs on Saturday mornings through September and October, so if you can't make this one, there are more to follow.
Certified Zumba instructor Vivian Arreaza leads every session. She builds her classes around easy-to-follow choreography set to upbeat Latin and international rhythms, and the format welcomes seasoned dancers and first-timers alike. The whole point of the series is to bring the community together through music and movement, and since it's outdoors, you get to do it in the open air rather than inside a gym.
