A residency night featuring Longriver, Jenny Carson and Nicholas Fong at the Hole in the Wall venue in Austin.
Longriver are back at Hole in the Wall on Monday, September 14, as part of their residency at the venue. They're the main feature of the night, and they've got Jenny Carson and Nicholas Fong opening for them, so you'll get three acts in one bill.
Since this is a residency, Longriver is playing the venue more than once rather than just stopping through for a single date. That's a bit different from the usual touring cycle, where a band plays one night and moves on to the next city. Here, they're making the place a home for a while, which gives them a chance to play more often in the same room and build something around it. Carson and Fong are the openers for this particular night, and they'll set the stage before Longriver takes over.
The venue is Hole in the Wall, over at 2538 Guadalupe Street in Austin. It's a spot that's been around for a long time, and it's right in the thick of things on Guadalupe. If you've never been, it's a good one to have on your radar for local shows.

Doors open at 8 PM, and the music starts at 9 PM. One thing to keep in mind: the night is strictly 21 and over, so make sure you've got your ID on you. Between the three acts, it's a full evening of music, and with the residency format, Longriver will be around the venue more than once.
