If you're not familiar with the room, the Cactus Cafe is an intimate live-music venue and bar on the UT Austin campus that's been open since 1979. Over the decades it has built a national reputation for showcasing local, regional, national and international acts, with names like Lyle Lovett, Robert Earl Keen, Lucinda Williams, Nanci Griffith, Alison Krauss, Jimmie Dale Gilmore, Townes Van Zandt, Bill Monroe and the Chicks crossing its stage. Billboard magazine once listed it as one of fifteen 'solidly respected, savvy clubs' nationwide 'from which careers can be cut.' It's an all-ages venue, so you can bring whoever you like.

Llano and Hillcountry take the stage for a two-hour set that starts at 7:30 PM. The venue is located in the Texas Union at 2308 Whitis Ave, right in the heart of the UT campus. Doors open an hour before the music starts, at 6:30 PM, so there's plenty of time to get in and find a spot before they kick off.
