Levitation 2026 After Party - Psychedelic Cumbia Party

Hotel Vegas & The Volstead Lounge is hosting a two-night psychedelic cumbia party on Friday, September 11 and Saturday, September 12, as part of the Levitation 2026 after-party series. Both nights kick off at 9:30 PM at 1502 E 6th St, so if you're coming from the main festival, you've got plenty of time to get settled before the music starts.

Friday night brings together Quimikoz del Son, Guira King, and Combo Cosmico. It's a heavy cumbia bill, with three bands on the same stage over the course of the evening. If you've seen any of them around town before, you know the vibe: cumbia at its core, but pushed into psychedelic territory. The three of them sharing one night means you get a full evening of it without having to move between venues.

Saturday changes the lineup but keeps the same energy. Los Desechos and Fuego Santo join Guira King, who is the one constant across both nights. If you're deciding between the two, Friday leans on Quimikoz del Son and Combo Cosmico, while Saturday swaps them for Los Desechos and Fuego Santo. Either way, Guira King is there both nights to hold down the cumbia side of things.
