Special screening of the mockumentary comedy Justice: The Movie, followed by a Q&A session with producer Stewart Parker.
ColdTowne Theater is hosting a special screening of Justice: The Movie on Sunday, August 30, from 8:30 PM to 10 PM. The night starts with the film itself, and once the credits roll, producer Stewart Parker stays on for a Q&A session to talk through it.
Justice: The Movie is a mockumentary comedy written and directed by Nick D'Agostino. It follows Harry Franklin, an idealistic young lawyer who takes on Kenneth Walker, a man charged with murder. Even with the evidence pointing to Walker's guilt, Harry is convinced he's a victim of the criminal justice system and does whatever it takes to win—against the advice of everyone around him, including Walker himself. The film runs an hour and a half and stars Kieauwn Beck, Edward Hardin, Logan Dorne, and Stewart Parker.
The screening is presented by Justice: The Movie LLC. If you're bringing anyone under 16, they'll need to be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. There's free parking available at the venue.

Tickets are $15 total—$12 for general admission plus a $3 service fee. The screening is at the ColdTowne Main Stage, which is inside the Austin Improv at 1700 East 2nd Street in Austin, TX 78702. It runs from 8:30 PM to 10 PM on Sunday, August 30.
