Performance by local artist je55ie at the HAAM Day Music Festival, a one-day all-local music festival in Austin.
je55ie plays the Austin Visitor Center on Tuesday, September 22, as part of HAAM Day. It's a local Austin artist working in alternative pop, indie pop, and indie folk, so the set should sit somewhere in that overlap.
One of the songs in the catalog is "Anxiety," written by Austin Sisler and Jessica Woodward and released on September 30, 2022, as part of the Anxiety - Single Album. If that's on the setlist, you'll get a sense of the songwriting that's been coming out of the project over the last few years.
The show is part of HAAM Day, which is billed as the world's largest one-day, all-local music festival. On the day, hundreds of free shows happen across Greater Austin, all featuring artists from the city. The festival is tied to the Health Alliance for Austin Musicians, an organization that works to support the city's music community. Because it's a HAAM Day show, it's one of those free performances that make the day what it is.
