A night of live music featuring Ivy Mine, Minivan Dad, and The Sad Tattoos at the Chess Club in Austin.
Ivy Mine headline a three-band bill at Chess Club on Friday, October 16, with Minivan Dad and The Sad Tattoos opening. It's an early show, so the whole thing runs from 6 PM to 9 PM, which means you're out by dinner time rather than late into the night.
The night is built around three sets that follow one after another. The Sad Tattoos start things off at 7 PM, followed by Minivan Dad at 7:45 PM, and Ivy Mine taking the stage at 8:30 PM. With the sets spaced about 45 minutes apart, you've got a full run of music across the evening.

It's a 21+ show, and there's a $10 cover at the door. If you're planning to catch all three, getting there closer to 6 PM gives you a bit of a buffer before the first set kicks off at 7 PM.
