Album release party with Ivy Mine, Team Trust, Wake Up Spaceboy and Daybed at The Hole In The Wall, a classic Austin venue.
Ivy Mine are celebrating their first full-length album at The Hole In The Wall on Saturday, September 26. It's an Austin-based indie/alternative band fronted by Angie Vanegas, with Evan Runyon, Jordan Hughes and Michael Sanders rounding out the line-up. The night is a release party for the new record, which follows their 2024 debut EP Eyes On The Exit.
This is the first time the new material will be played live, and it'll sit alongside the fan favorites from their earlier work. One of the songs you'll hear is their recent single "What They Want," which pairs jittery, wiry guitars with Vanegas' searching lyrics. She describes those lyrics as evoking "voices of anxiety and hopelessness."
Ivy Mine aren't the only ones on the bill. Team Trust, Wake Up Spaceboy and Daybed are all playing, so the night stretches across four bands. The Hole In The Wall is a classic Austin venue known for intimate rock shows, and the whole evening is strictly 21 and over.
