Workshop session on the FY27 Elevate Grant guidelines and application process for artists and arts groups.
Austin Arts, Culture, Music, and Entertainment (ACME) is holding an in-person workshop on the FY27 Elevate Grant this Tuesday, July 28, at the Asian American Resource Center. It runs from 6 PM to 7:30 PM, so it's a weekday evening session that doesn't take up your whole night.
The workshop is built for artists, arts groups, and professional musicians. If you're working in the arts here in Austin and have been thinking about applying for funding, this is where you get the actual details. ACME will go over the FY27 Elevate Grant guidelines—the rules and requirements you need to know before you start—and then walk you through the application process step by step. It's the kind of session where you can see exactly what they're looking for and how to put your application together, rather than trying to figure it out on your own from a PDF.
Since it's in person, you'll be in the room with other local artists and the people running the program, which makes it a lot easier to get your questions answered on the spot. If you're not sure if your project fits the grant or if you're stuck on a specific part of the application, this is your chance to clear that up before you hit submit.
