Stand-up comedy showcase featuring established and rising comedy talent with two showtimes.
Friday Night Laughs is back at Fallout Theater this Friday, September 4, with two showtimes to choose from. It's a stand-up comedy showcase that runs every Friday, so if you miss this one, there's another chance next week.
The thing about this show is that the lineup changes every single week. They pull from a pretty wide pool: comics who've appeared on Netflix, HBO Max, SNL, Hulu, Amazon Prime, Peacock, JRE, and Kill Tony, alongside names from The Tonight Show, The Late Show, Conan, TruTV, Nickelodeon, Don't Tell Comedy, America's Got Talent, and Last Comic Standing. That's a lot of different stages and styles on one bill, and they mix those established names with rising Austin talent, so you'll get a mix of people you might recognize and local comics you've probably never heard of.
Because the bills rotate, no two Fridays are the same. You're getting a different set of comics each time, which makes it the kind of show you can go back to without seeing the same material twice. It's billed as the best stand-up comedy showcase in Austin, and that's the pitch they stick to.
