dreamfone play Come and Take It Live on Saturday, August 22, as part of a four-band bill. They're an alternative dream-pop act, and this is a full night of music rather than a single headliner. The other three on the bill are Emarosa, VEAUX, and slo/tide, so you'll get four different sets in one evening.
Emarosa is the biggest name on the lineup, known for their post-hardcore roots and the way they've shifted toward a more melodic, polished sound over the years. VEAUX and slo/tide round out the rest of the bill, each bringing their own take to the stage. With four bands sharing the night, the music runs from the early openers through to the headliner, so it's a long haul of a show.

Come and Take It Live is over on East Riverside, at 2015 E. Riverside Dr. in Austin. The show starts at 6:30 PM, and since there are four acts to get through, it's a good idea to arrive early if you want to catch the opening sets. Tickets run from $25 to $30.
