Distant Matter

Distant Matter play Brushy Street Commons on Friday, September 11, with Dazzle Camouflage and Left Lucid opening. It's a triple bill, so you'll get three acts in one night rather than just one band taking the stage. Distant Matter takes the headlining slot, and the other two get their time before that.

Brushy Street Commons is at 501 Brushy Street in downtown Austin, so it's easy to get to if you're already in the city center. The show starts at 8 PM, which is a bit later than some of the early-evening sets you'll find around town, so you've got plenty of time to get there without rushing. With three bands on the bill, the music should run well into the night, and the 8 PM start means the headliner will likely hit the stage a good while after the first act kicks off.

Tickets start at $22. If you're planning to go, it's worth keeping in mind that the bill is three bands deep, so you're paying for a full evening of music rather than a single set. The lineup is Distant Matter, Dazzle Camouflage, and Left Lucid, all playing the same night at the same venue. The show is Friday, September 11, at 8 PM at Brushy Street Commons, 501 Brushy Street, Austin, TX 78702.
