Brian Fallon performs live and signs copies of his new album Not Bad for New Jersey at Waterloo Records.
Brian Fallon is stopping by Waterloo Records on Tuesday, October 6, for an in-store performance and record signing. He'll be joined by The Painkillers, and the whole thing is built around his new album, Not Bad for New Jersey.
If you know Fallon, you know him best as the frontman of The Gaslight Anthem, the voice behind The '59 Sound and Handwritten. This new record is his first collection of original solo songs since 2020's Local Honey, and he worked on it with producer Butch Walker, who's put his touch on records for Taylor Swift, Fall Out Boy, and Green Day. Not Bad for New Jersey came out September 10 and runs to 11 high-energy, power-pop-leaning rock tracks. It's a guest-heavy album, too: Brandon Flowers of The Killers, Phil Collen of Def Leppard, Lori McKenna, Donovan Woods, and guitarist Marc Ribot—who's played with Tom Waits, Elvis Costello, and Robert Plant—all make an appearance across the tracks.
