Stand-up comedy show Sex, Death, & Small Talk by Brett Goldstein at Dell Hall.
Brett Goldstein brings his stand-up show Sex, Death, & Small Talk to Dell Hall on Saturday, November 21, at 7 PM. If you recognize the name but can't quite place the face, you probably know him as Roy Kent from Ted Lasso, the role that earned him back-to-back Primetime Emmys. That's the one most people associate him with, but the show is stand-up, not a script.
Goldstein is a British actor, director, writer, and comedian who's worked across a few different lanes. Beyond Ted Lasso, he co-created and executive-produced Apple TV's Shrinking, and his stand-up special The Second Best Night of Your Life picked up nominations at the 2026 Golden Globe and Critics Choice Awards. He also hosted the podcast Films to Be Buried With and starred opposite Jennifer Lopez in Netflix's Office Romance, which he co-wrote and produced. Born in London in 1980, he studied acting at the American Academy of Dramatic Arts and has built his career across television, film, and the stage.
