Blake Robert

Blake Robert plays Meanwhile Brewing Company on Wednesday, August 12, from 7:30 to 9:30 PM. It's a free show, presented by the brewery as an all-ages event, and it marks Robert's return home to Austin after a U.S. tour.

Robert is an Austin-based singer-songwriter who describes his sound as a blend of acoustic pop, rock, and Americana. He builds his songs around memorable melodies, engaging storytelling, and an easygoing stage presence, and he'll be the sole bill for the evening.

The performance takes place outdoors in Meanwhile's Southside beer garden, located at 3901 Promontory Point Dr. in South Austin. There's seating available near the front of the stage, and you can get drinks from the taproom and food from the onsite food trucks. No RSVP is required, and nothing is checked at the door, so you can just show up whenever you're ready. The only thing to keep in mind is that they may cancel in the event of bad weather.
