Denton punk outfit Bad Sports return to the 29th St Ballroom to celebrate the release of their Follow Through EP, with live support from Bubba Lucky and Commercial Breaks.
Bad Sports are back at 29th Street Ballroom on Monday, September 28, to celebrate the release of their new EP, Follow Through. It's a return to the same room they've played before, and the whole night is built around the new material they're bringing with them.
They're a punk outfit from Denton, so they're coming down from North Texas for this one. The EP is called Follow Through, and that's the focus of the evening—the new songs they've put together since the last time they were in town. It's a release show, so it's one of the first chances to hear the record played live.
They aren't playing alone. Bubba Lucky and Commercial Breaks are both on the bill, opening up the night before Bad Sports take over. It's a three-band lineup, so there's a full run of music to get through before the headliner hits the stage.

Doors open at 7 PM, and the show starts at 8 PM. Tickets are $16, and it's an all-ages show, so you can bring whoever you want. If you've followed them since they were playing up in Denton, this is the night they bring the new record down to Austin.
