A full-day citywide celebration featuring a parade through the heart of the city and a festival with vendors, performers, local organisations, and live music.
Austin Pride returns to Fiesta Gardens on Saturday, August 22, 2026, for its annual festival and parade. Organized by the Austin Pride Foundation, it's a full-day citywide celebration that brings together the LGBTQIA+ community and allies across town.
The day starts with the parade, which winds through the heart of the city. From there, the action shifts to Fiesta Gardens for the festival, where the foundation sets up a wide range of vendors, performers, and local organizations. It's as much about the community as it is about the party: you'll find booths from local groups and resources for the community alongside the more festive side of things. Live music runs throughout the day, so you can drift between the stages and the vendors without having to pick one or the other.
Because it's a full-day event, you can make as much of it as you want. You might start with the parade and then head over to the gardens to spend the afternoon with the vendors and the music, or just drop in for a few hours. It's designed to be a citywide affair, so the energy carries from the parade route right into the festival grounds.
