NYGMA and Gene Ross play Brushy Street Commons on Saturday, July 25, as part of the Rocknrolla Roadtrip, a tour taking them across Texas. The set will draw from their upcoming album, The Ballad of a Real RocknRolla, alongside some classic bangers. Doors open at 7 PM.

Brushy Street Commons is an East Austin venue with a bit of a pedigree. It sits inside the sound stage of the historic 501 Studios building, a room that's served as a set for countless national commercials over more than thirty years. Austin legends Stevie Ray Vaughan and Willie Nelson both filmed music videos here. Universal Pictures outfitted the stage for the 1981 film Raggedy Man, starring Sissy Spacek and Eric Roberts, and for more than a decade, the Texas Lottery drew and broadcast its million-dollar winners from the spot. These days, the venue serves food, drinks, and live music at night.

NYGMA and Gene Ross are touring as part of the Rocknrolla Roadtrip, which is taking them through Texas playing songs from The Ballad of a Real RocknRolla plus some of their older material. The show is at Brushy Street Commons, 501 Brushy St, in East Austin. Doors open at 7 PM.
