All Skills Crochet Group

The All Skills Crochet Group meets at the Austin Public Library Windsor Park Branch on Tuesday, August 25, from 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM. It's a monthly gathering, so if you can't make this one, there's another chance coming up soon.

Each session centers on a new pattern, and the group works through it together. They provide both beginner and advanced versions of the same project, so you can take part regardless of where you're at with your stitching—whether you're just learning how to hold the hook or you've been crocheting for years. If you're a total beginner, you can start on the simpler version; if you're more experienced, you can tackle the more complex one. Everyone works on the same project, just at their own level.

All the supplies are provided, so you don't need to bring a thing to get started. If you have a favorite hook you prefer to use, you're welcome to bring it along, but you'll have what you need either way. The sessions are run in English, and the group welcomes everyone, so it's a low-pressure way to spend a couple of hours with other people who enjoy the craft.
