Alfred Robles: Vatos With Gatos Tour

Alfred Robles brings his Vatos With Gatos Tour to Cap City Comedy Club this November, with a run of five shows over three nights. He's a stand-up from East Los Angeles who describes himself as a cat dad, and his act leans on sharp observational humor and the kind of crowd work that's made him a viral hit, with clips racking up millions of views online.

Robles didn't start out on his own. He first caught the eye of Gabriel Iglesias, who gave him an opening spot on his tour. He spent thirteen years touring the world with Iglesias before launching his own solo show, which has since sold out venues across the country and internationally. His television credits include all three seasons of Stand Up Revolution on Comedy Central, Mr. Iglesias on Netflix, and Entre Nos on HBO. He's also performed at the Netflix is a Joke Festival and the Moontower Comedy Festival here in Austin.

Because he's playing multiple nights, you've got a few options for when to catch him. The run kicks off Wednesday, November 25, at 7:30 PM. On Friday, November 27, there are two shows: one at 7:00 PM and another at 9:15 PM. Saturday, November 28, also has two: 7:00 PM and 9:30 PM. Cap City is an 18+ venue with a two-item minimum per person, so come prepared to order a couple of drinks or snacks while you're there.
