A weekend of art and modern design showcased at the Ao5 Gallery in Austin.
Ao5 Gallery is hosting A Weekend of Art & Modern Design on Saturday, August 29, from 7 PM to 9 PM. It's a focused evening of art and modern design, and the gallery itself is the main feature of the night. If you've never been, it's an Austin art gallery that's held its own for a long time—it was named Best Art Gallery in the Austin Chronicle Readers Poll in 2021, 2016, 2000, and 1999, so it's a spot with some history behind it.
If you can't make the Saturday event, the gallery stays open throughout the week: Monday through Saturday from 10 AM to 6 PM, and Sunday from noon to 5 PM. That gives you plenty of other times to drop in and see what they're showing if you're not around on the 29th.
