A Live Conversation with Chevy Chase following a screening of National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation

Chevy Chase is coming to ACL Live at The Moody Theater on Tuesday, December 8, for a night built around National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation. The evening starts with a screening of the movie, and once the credits roll, Chase takes the stage for a live conversation and a Q&A session.

He won't be up there alone. His wife, Jayni, joins him on stage, and together they'll spend the second half of the night sharing behind-the-scenes stories and personal anecdotes from the making of the film. It's a chance to hear about what actually went on during production from the people who were there, rather than just reading about it in a retrospective.

After the stories, Chase opens the floor to the audience. He'll be taking questions about his career, and the conversation isn't limited to the movie—he's talking about his time on Saturday Night Live and Caddyshack as well. If you've spent years quoting the movie or following his work from the early days, that's where you'll get to ask your own questions.

For those who want to take it a step further, there are a limited number of VIP tickets that include a personal post-show photo opportunity with Chase. The whole thing kicks off at 7:30 PM at ACL Live, 310 West Willie Nelson Boulevard in downtown Austin.
