Annual conference for women and allies on leadership, career growth, and wellness, with panel discussions and workshops.
FIERCE in an ATX is hosting its 4th Annual FIERCE100 Conference at the Central Austin Public Library on Friday, November 6. The theme this year is Lead the Shift. Own the Field., and it's open to women and allies.
If you haven't come across them before, FIERCE in an ATX is an Austin-based non-profit that works to accelerate women's personal and professional goals. The conference is their big annual gathering, and it usually draws hundreds of women and allies from across the city. The day is built around a few different tracks: there are inspiring speakers, strategies for leveling up your career, and resources for mental, financial, and women's health. You'll also find panel discussions with industry leaders, and one of the more practical takeaways is the chance to start building your own personal Board of Directors—a group of mentors and supporters you can lean on as you move forward.
Because it's an annual event, it tends to pull in a wide range of people, from those just starting out in their careers to more experienced leaders. The mix of career growth, wellness, and networking means you can spend your time on whatever part of your life needs the most attention right now. Whether you're looking for a specific strategy to get to the next level at work or just want to connect with other women in the city, there's usually a bit of both in one day.
