Inside, you will find art pieces made from ethically sourced animal remains, framed insects, wet specimens, and Victorian-era items. They also carry vintage medical tools, apothecary bottles, anatomical models, crystals, incense, and tarot decks. The owner has created a custom 32-card Cartomancy deck available for $25.00, and the shop periodically features guest psychics and live performances. Other items include their Illuminated Arts booklets for $50.00 and Low Brow High Magic for $16.00.
To visit the shop, head to 5924 S Congress Ave, Unit #23. Because of how the complex is laid out, you need to drive into the lot, pass the front businesses toward the condos in the back, and park in the chiropractor's lot (Chirocare Injury Rehab at 6000 S Congress Ave STE 106) before walking over. Outside the front door stands an eight-foot statue of the Egyptian deity Thoth. Their regular operating hours are Friday and Saturday from 1:00 pm to 7:00 pm, and Sunday from 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm; they remain closed Monday through Thursday. Orders placed through their website ship once a week on Saturdays or Mondays.
