Austin City Limits is marking its 25th anniversary this year, and the first of its two autumn weekends at Zilker Park has already come and gone. Weekend One ran from Friday October 2 to Sunday October 4, so if you missed that one, the second weekend is your shot: Friday October 9, Saturday October 10, and Sunday October 11. The festival keeps its usual scale across both, with more than 100 performances spread over nine stages.

The headliners shift between the two. Weekend One was topped by Skrillex, while Kings of Leon take that slot for Weekend Two. Both weekends share a core group of big names: Charli XCX, RÜFÜS DU SOL, Twenty One Pilots, Lorde, and The xx. The undercard fills in the rest, with the likes of Turnstile, Labrinth, The Chainsmokers, Bleachers, Lykke Li, Suki Waterhouse, Geese, SOFI TUKKER, Parcels, and The War on Drugs appearing across the days. A few acts are exclusive to one weekend or the other, so the bill isn't a carbon copy of the first.
Getting in and out is the part that needs a plan. Zilker Park sits at 2100 Barton Springs Road, where Barton Creek meets Lady Bird Lake, and gates open at noon daily before closing at 10 PM. There is no parking or camping at the park — no tents, no RVs, no overnight vehicle parking — so you'll need to leave your car at a paid lot elsewhere in Austin. CapMetro's MetroRapid Route 803 runs in, and there's a free festival shuttle picking up at Sand Beach Park, at the corner of Walter Seaholm and Electric Drive downtown, from 11:30 each morning. The Ann and Roy Butler Hike-and-Bike Trail is the other obvious way in. Once you're through, re-entry is allowed twice more on the same day with a wristband scan and security at each entrance. The official app is The Festiverse.
Tickets are tiered, and the 2026 prices give you a sense of the range. General Admission 3-day passes for Weekend One started at $365, with single-day GA from $170. GA+ adds a private room with seating, shade, a private bar and better amenities, starting at $750 for the three days. VIP goes up to $1,670 for the weekend, with free drinks, a climate-controlled room, a dedicated entry and premium lounge access, and single-day VIP from $710. Platinum is the high end at $5,670 for the three days, with lower-tier benefits, premium viewing areas, enhanced hospitality and limited presale access to ACL Fest Nights. There are also one-day Bungalow group packages from $12,500 and three-day ones at $30,000. There are three entrances to choose from: East Barton Springs, West Barton Springs and the Lady Bird Entrance.
Families have a dedicated space. Austin Kiddie Limits runs daily from noon to 6 PM, and children 8 and under get in free with an adult ticket, up to two per adult, with proof of age. You'll need to pre-register them in the Tag-A-Kid program before heading in. Inside, there's a Hip Hop Workshop, airbrush tattoos, a Rock Star Photo Booth, a DRUM ZONE, coloring stations and a few other activities to keep younger kids occupied while the adults catch a set.
