Paul Ollinger

Paul Ollinger is playing the Capital City Country Club on Thursday, October 15, 2026. He's a nationally touring stand-up comedian and podcaster, and this is a homecoming of sorts: he was born and raised right here in Atlanta.

If you've never heard of him, his path to the stage is a bit different from the usual comedy trajectory. He spent more than 15 years in digital media at companies like LAUNCH.com, Yahoo!, and Facebook, where he served as VP of West Coast Sales and was one of the first 250 employees. He'd already put in a full career in the corporate world before returning to comedy full-time. The stand-up itself started back at Rhodes College, and he later borrowed $100k for an MBA from Dartmouth's Tuck School, where he first performed on stage in a talent show. That corporate background—the sales leadership, the tech world, the MBA—is a good sense of where he's coming from.

Since then, he's headlined New York clubs including Caroline's on Broadway and West Side Comedy Club, and he's an official selection of the Laughing Skull Comedy Festival. When he's not on stage, he hosts the podcast Crazy Money, which covers money, wealth, and careers; he's interviewed Nobel Prize and Heisman Trophy winners on the show. He lives in Atlanta with his wife, two children, and his French bulldog, Colonel Tom Parker.

The show is on Thursday, October 15, starting at 7 PM at the Capital City Country Club, 53 W Brookhaven Dr NE, Atlanta, GA.
