Alt-pop rock artist Mico plays The Masquerade in Atlanta on his Running From A Feeling Tour, headlining with his debut album 'When the lights turn on'.
Mico plays The Masquerade on Tuesday, October 27, as part of the Running From A Feeling Tour. He's touring his debut album, When the lights turn on, which came out through Columbia Records.
If you're not familiar with him, Mico is a 23-year-old Filipino-Canadian alt-pop rock artist, born and raised in Toronto. He built his first audience online through Discord performances, TikTok, and self-released music before moving into headline tours across North America and Europe. His sound blends the hook-heavy nostalgia of 2000s and 2010s pop punk with modern hyperpop and alternative influences.
When the lights turn on was written during a year of constant travel and personal upheaval. It deals with identity, nostalgia, heartbreak, and the experience of outgrowing the places and people that once felt like home. The Atlanta date is an all-ages show, so it's open to everyone regardless of age.
