Karaoke Night

Karaoke Night is back at Park Bench in the Battery this Wednesday, October 21, starting at 8 PM. It's one of the venue's weekly fixtures, the kind of night where the guests are the ones on stage. The premise is simple: you grab the mic and perform your favorite songs, and the room takes it from there. Whether you're a self-confessed shower-singer or someone who's spent plenty of time on a real stage, the brief is just to get up there and rock the crowd. It's a night built on laughter, camaraderie, and the performances that come out of it.

Park Bench bills itself as Atlanta's late-night music venue, and it lives up to that—it's open seven nights a week, with indoor and patio seating to choose from. There's a huge projection screen and TV monitors throughout that show all the Atlanta Braves playoff games, so if you're not singing, you can still keep an eye on the baseball. The regular programming runs the gamut from live bands and dueling pianos to DJ shows and bottle service, and the venue carries the tagline 'The Best Live Music & Entertainment in The Battery.'

Karaoke Night is one of those signature weekly slots, and it's a no-cover affair, so you don't have to pay just to get through the door. The venue is 21+ and stays open late, which gives you plenty of room to hang out before or after your turn. It kicks off at 8 PM at 900 Battery Ave in Atlanta, with no cover charge.
