Herb Alpert and The Tijuana Brass play their classic hits live at Atlanta Symphony Hall, with a video screen of photos and memorabilia from his career.
Herb Alpert & The Tijuana Brass play Atlanta Symphony Hall on Monday, March 15, 2027. It's a night built around the trumpet player and the band that made him a household name, performing their classic hits live.
If you're not familiar with the scale of it, Alpert's sound with The Tijuana Brass pushed him deep into the pop charts, at one point outselling The Beatles two to one. In 1966, the band landed four albums in the Billboard Top 10 and five in the Top 20 at the same time. Over 63 years, he's put up five number-one hits, nine GRAMMY Awards, fifteen Gold albums, and fourteen Platinum albums, with more than 72 million records sold worldwide. Along the way he's worked with Sergio Mendes & Brasil 66, The Carpenters, and Burt Bacharach.
The show isn't just a concert. It leans on a giant video screen showing hundreds of classic photos, videos, art, and memorabilia from his career, and Alpert takes questions from the audience about his trajectory, A&M Records, and the artists he's worked with. The evening is presented by Delta Atlanta Symphony Hall LIVE and Live Nation.
