Volleyball match between the Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets and the Syracuse Orange at O'Keefe Gymnasium.
Georgia Tech Volleyball takes on Syracuse at O'Keefe Gymnasium on Friday, October 16, at 7 PM. It's a home match for the Yellow Jackets, who'll be playing in the gym they've called home for years.
This is the 13th season under head coach Michelle Collier, and she's currently sitting on 234 wins and 131 losses. That includes 135 ACC wins and eight NCAA Tournament wins, the most in program history. She's also the first coach to lead the Jackets to six straight NCAA Tournament appearances. She's closing in on 271 wins, the mark set by AVCA Hall of Famer Shelton Collier from 1991 to 2001.
The Jackets are coming off that sixth straight NCAA Tournament run in 2025, where they finished 16-14 overall and 11-9 in the ACC. A good chunk of that squad is back this year: Bianca Garibaldi, Heloise Soares, and Anna Fiedorowicz return as part of the 2025 AVCA All-Region and CSC All-District team, and six other players are returning with them.
