Georgia Tech Homecoming football game against Boston College at Bobby Dodd Stadium.
Georgia Tech takes on Boston College at Bobby Dodd Stadium on Saturday, October 24. It's the Yellow Jackets' Homecoming game, and since it's played right on campus, it's one of those Saturdays that brings the school's alumni and fans back to the home ground. The stadium is an outdoor venue, and Homecoming usually draws a crowd that makes the atmosphere a bit louder than your average game day.
If you're planning to make a day of it, there's a good spot to visit before kickoff. The Georgia Tech Origins exhibit is nearby and gives a hand-tooled history of the campus, so it's a decent way to get some context on the school before the game starts. Between that and the Homecoming crowd, it's more of a campus-wide event than just a few hours in the stands.
