Cavetown plays the Tabernacle in Atlanta on his Running With Scissors Tour.
Cavetown brings the Running With Scissors Tour to Tabernacle Presented by iTHINK Financial on Sunday, October 18, with the show starting at 8 PM. It's a headline run for Robin Skinner, the London-based singer, songwriter, and producer who records from his home studio in Cambridge. He's been at this since he self-released his debut single at 16, and he's built a devoted following along the way.
His 2020 major-label debut, Sleepyhead, earned him the NME moniker of "bedroom-pop hero," a title that fits the way he works. He produced his 2024 album, worm food, himself, and he performs live with a full band. Along the way, he's collaborated with chloe moriondo and beabadoobee on "Fall In Love With A Girl," and after Lemon Boy (2018) he signed with Sire Records. He's played festivals like Reading & Leeds and Lollapalooza, while keeping a cupboard full of fan letters.

His catalog spans indie pop, bedroom pop, indie rock, lo-fi, and indie folk, and he co-directed the video for "1994," which took inspiration from The Little Prince. The Running With Scissors Tour is billed as a headline run for an artist whose work touches all those styles, and the Tabernacle is one of Atlanta's notable mid-capacity venues. The show is on Sunday, October 18, at 8 PM, at 152 Luckie St NW.
