This is part of a larger 2026-27 season that the Hawks are building around 15 signature game-night experiences. They're introducing new theme nights like 'Single AF Night' and '90s Night' throughout the year, and the team is competing in the NBA's in-season tournament, now called The Emirates NBA Cup 2026. The season kicked off on Saturday, October 24, with 'Opening Night presented by State Farm' against the Houston Rockets. Along the way, the Hawks are honoring several 2025-26 NBA honorees with bobblehead nights, including Nickeil Alexander-Walker, Onyeka Okongwu, Jalen Johnson, and the late former Hawks governor and media mogul Ted Turner.
