All-ages heavy metal show with Arch Enemy and The Black Dahlia Murder, plus support from Septicflesh, Crypta and Thrown Into Exile.
Arch Enemy and The Black Dahlia Murder bring their Wrath Across North America 2026 tour to The Masquerade - Heaven on Tuesday, October 20. It's a double-bill of melodic death metal, and the two headliners aren't alone on the bill: Septicflesh, Crypta, and Thrown Into Exile are all on the lineup, so the night starts well before the main acts take the stage.
Arch Enemy formed in Sweden in the mid-90s and describe their sound as embodying the intensity, integrity, and lofty artistic ambitions of heavy metal. The Black Dahlia Murder has continued after the passing of frontman and co-founder Trevor Strnad in 2022, with co-founder Brian Eschbach, bassist Max Lavelle, drummer Alan Cassidy, and producer/guitarist Brandon Ellis. Both bands have a long history of touring and recording, and seeing them together on one bill is a rare pairing for the city.
With five bands on the program, it's a full night of music. Septicflesh, Crypta, and Thrown Into Exile open the evening, followed by the two headliners. The Atlanta date is an all-ages show, so it's open to everyone regardless of age.
